Join us for Part 2 of our special pre-festival charity series as we bring you on a journey through Ishikawa prefecture!

Sake sommeliers Mr. Adrian Goh, Director of Inter Rice Asia and Mr. Patrick Sng, CEO of One Cellar, will showcase the charms of Ishikawa through the introduction of 6 sakes from the prefecture, complemented with an assortment of exquisite high tea delights from @mrskueh, perfect for a Sunday afternoon!

Aside from savouring the sake, the sommeliers will be sharing more about the various cities in Ishikawa prefecture where these sake originated from. You can look forward to learning about both the taste and history behind some of Ishikawa’s best sake selection.

About Mr. Adrian Goh
Adrian Goh started his journey in sake in 2013. Fortuitously, he was at the right place at the right time, when Sake started booming outside Japan. Under the guise of research, he spends three to four weeks a year visiting Japan, and currently has been to more than 110 sake breweries! He has also visited breweries in Taiwan, Australia, Canada, USA & England. Adrian frequently conducts talks, seminars, workshop and food pairing events to increase appreciation for not only Japanese Sake, but also its history and culture.

He has been a sake judge for IWC Sake (the largest sake competition in the world) for the last six years. In 2022, he became one of 179 people worldwide to obtain the Japan Sake Diploma International certification from the Japan Sommelier Association. He also won the Future50 award in 2019, stapling him as a professional to watch.

About Mr. Patrick Sng
Patrick Sng, CEO of One Minor Group, a top wine & spirits importer, distributor, and retailer in Singapore, boasts nearly two decades of industry experience. Formerly leading some of the best names in the in the alcohol industry, Patrick has amassed prestigious certifications including Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), Certified Whisky Ambassador, Certified Sake Professional, and Master of Baijiu among many other credentials.

He shares his expertise at industry events such as ProWine and as an Adjunct Lecturer for Nanyang Polytechnic and the Asian Culinary Institute. He is a sought after speaker for corporate events hosted by private banks UBS and OCBC, top law firms and international organisations such as the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCCI), Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO), and National Tax Agency of Japan (NTA).
