The brewery produces fresh sake that has been carefully crafted using locally grown rice under the supervision of Heiwa Shuzo and brewmaster Shibata Hidemichi – the maker of Japan's legendary KID sake. Marrying the best of Japanese craftsmanship and Vietnamese ingredients, MUA brings craft sake into the millennia. Join Elliot on a tasting of 5 different sake from MUA, some in Singapore for the FIRST TIME, and stick around for some secret surprises.
