Ticketing

What is included in my ticket? 

Each ticket holder is entitled to free flow sampling of all sake, as well as a free festival glassware to use and take home. Sampling is only allowed during the allocated time slot. Ticket holders are welcome to stay on to purchase sake and food to consume at the festival, even after their allocated time slot. All tickets sold are not refundable.  

 

Can I get tickets at the door?

Tickets for previous editions have been sold out before event day. We encourage pre-purchase so you’ll not be disappointed at the door!  

 

Are tickets refundable?

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to make it, you can pass on your ticket to a friend. 

 

Is this a rain or shine event?

Yes indeed, as our venue is sheltered. 

 

Do I need a ticket for my child?

Legally underaged children and babies enter for free. Fur kids are welcome too. Please take note that most of the beverages available on-site are alcoholic. 

 

Does my masterclass ticket grant me festival entry?

No. Masterclass tickets are sold separately from festival tickets, unless otherwise mentioned. 

 

Can I stay on after my ticketed slot?

Yes you may stay on to imbibe at our designated dining areas after your ticketed tasting time slots. Festival attendees will be identified by the colour of their wristband. Vendors will only pour sake for those wearing the right wristbands. 

 

Registration

Where do I register?

Look out for the Registration Counter! You will need to flash your ticket email in exchange for a wristband so we can identify ticket holders. 

 

Where can I collect my glassware?

It will be given out at the Registration Counter. You can use this for tasting throughout the event and bring it home. 

 

What if I am late for the session I pre-booked?

Arriving late means less time for sampling and shopping. We encourage you to arrive early so you can best optimise your experience. You may arrive after the start time of your registered session, but sampling stops at the end time of your registered session. You are welcome to stay on to purchase and consume food and drinks at our event after your registered session.

 

Purchases & Delivery

What form of payments are accepted?

We accept VISA/Mastercard/AMEX, PayNow and cash. 

 

Is it possible to arrange for delivery?

Yes it is possible, but we will only be able to deliver the sake in the week after the event, at an additional cost of $25. You are welcome to arrange your own delivery with other providers. 

 

Getting Here

Where is the nearest MRT Station?

The Fort Canning MRT Station (DT20) along the Downtown Line is 2 mins walk away. 

 

Where is the nearest taxi stand

Literally right by the UE Square Skylight Atrium where our event will be held. 

 

Is Parking available?

Yes, basement parking is available at UE Square Mall.
